Maintenance and Repair of Landscape - Multiple locations

The purpose of this RFP is to hire one firm for landscape maintenance and repair services to include, but not limited to, decorative rock, erosion control, metal image panels, sculptural elements, planting, and irrigation. The Department requires a full range of landscaping services for the identified landscaping areas. The Scope of Services will include aiding the Department’s District I with maintaining areas improved with landscaping at the following locations, US 95, I-515, I-11, SR 613 Summerlin Parkway, and I-215. The Service Provider shall be responsible for all aspects of managing, operating, maintaining, and administering all agreed upon Department Landscaped Areas. See RFP for full Scope of Services.
