| Description | CPS Energy is seeking a Company to provide Roofing and Preventative Maintenance Services at various CPS Energy locations for a three (3) year term. Company shall provide roofing repair, replacement, patching and maintenance Services for the various structures included in the 180+ facility portfolio owned and operated by CPS Energy. Structures vary from flat to pitched roofs, multi-story to one story structures and 200,000+ square feet to under 100 square feet. Other services as required included in the Statement of Work. CPS Energy reserves the right to reject late submittals.
