Asphalt Repair, Sealcoating and Striping

Clean and prep all surface areas being sealed. Patch any holes and missing blacktop as needed. Crack Fill all areas with Hot Pour Crack Filler. Seal all blacktop areas, entire property at each location. Some sites have multiple asphalt areas. Maps are provided of expansive family sites for clarification purposes. Maps are not provided for all sites under this contract. X-10 product, or equal, shall be used. TMHA reserves right to test Meet Federal Specification RP-355e. All sealing will be done in phased sections due to parking needs. Multiple sites can be done in one day, depending on contractor capacity. Add white, or colored parking lines, handicap symbols, fire lanes and hashed no vehicle areas where necessary and are shown currently. Complete clean-up and remove all debris from site.
