Description

The project includes removing the existing paved parking area and replacing it with porous pavement underlain by an approximately two-foot thick layer of appropriately sized stone. The existing sidewalk will be removed and replaced with a permeable brick paver surface. The project also includes the construction of a rain garden and the installation of other landscaping items. Pedestrian ramps in the parking area will be removed and replaced to ADA standards.
