Description

Utility works shall include construction of new water & sewer main, all appurtenances shown along with installation of services up to each housing unit. Other utility work shall include installation of gas services to select units and trenching & back fill for electrical conduit. All utility work shall be completed during the 2021 construction season ending on September 30, 2021. Road work shall include construction of road base & asphalt pavement, concrete curb & gutter, valley pan, flush curb, and sidewalk.
