| Description | Residential Home Repair - Plumbing Repairs This contract may not exceed $50,000, including all fees and taxes. Individual projects within this procurement may not exceed $15,000 each, including all fees and taxes. We will not be hosting a pre-bid walk-through for this procurement. Please bid based on information provided. The start date of this procurement will be determined by program staff and the winning bidder. Projects are typically completed within 60-90 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed by program staff. Due to funding requirements, this project should be completed and invoiced prior to June 30, 2023. This project requires the payment of prevailing wages per chapter 39.12 RCW.
