1. Concrete parking lot. To include pavement to handle heavy equipment and large fire trucks. 2. Oil delivery room & parts room. To include new fire rated walls, roof improvements as needed for parts storage weight capacity, door improvements, etc. 3. Car wash facility. To include water, sewer, electrical, concrete, etc. 4. Electrical work including removal of existing lines in building and placement of new electrical for planned building use. To include outlets, wiring, lighting, switches, panels, etc. 5. HVAC improvements. To include heaters, new gas lines and removal of propane line, A/C. 6. Restroom/locker room renovations. To include redesign of space from three current adjacent restrooms into two locker rooms. 7. Addition of Service Pit. To include all items necessary (utilities, access, top side safety) to make compliant for City personnel use.
