| Description | a. Turnkey project to remove the existing Carrier water cooled chiller #1 unit,Model #23XL1111N020. Furnish and install a new, like for like direct replacement, Carrier water cooled chiller as shown on Exhibit “1” or PBC approved equal. b. Test, remove, reinstall and test the fire alarm devices, when applicable. c. Provide and install new disconnect4, connectors, sealtite conduit and wire from the disconnect to the unit. d. Provide Manufacturer start-up. Document system pressures and running load amps. e. System shall be started after installation is complete, and tested for proper operation with Capital Improvement Project Manager and the manufacturer’s representative present. f. Connect chiller controller to existing building management system; verify system operations and insure programing and communication are restored. |
