A copy of the IFB, and its related documents, may be obtained from the: Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System at www.govbids.com; or, by contacting Construction Procurement Specialist, Denice Brown by telephone at (970) 945-1377 EXT. 4017; or e-mail at dbrown@garfield-county.com. Correspondence, other than Bid Documents, may be submitted: by e-mail or facsimile transmission to (970) 384-5008. Please do not contact any other County employee for information about this IFB. The DEADLINE to submit a complete Bid with all supporting documents is Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. A complete bid must be clearly labeled as Guardrail Installation, IFB-GC-RB-09-23 . l Electronic bid submissions must be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System at www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado before the bid submission deadline. Any expenditure of funds made by a party in the preparation and submission of a Bid in response to this Invitation for Bid shall not be reimbursed by Garfield County. No obligation of any kind is made by Garfield County in issuing this IFB. This IFB is not a commitment by Garfield County to issue any other form of solicitation, purchase order, or contract for this service. In accordance with Article 5.3 of the Garfield County Procurement Code, this IFB may be cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of Garfield County.
