Bidder and Any Subcontractors Shall Be Required to Comply With the Requirements of N.j.s.a. 34:11-56.48 Et Seq. Public Works Contractor Registration Act and Shall Be Registered in Accordance With the Act. Bidders Shall Be Required to Comply With N.j.s.a. 52:32-44 and Submit Proof of Nj Business Registration and Submit Proof of Any Business Registration for Any Named Subcontractors in Accordance With the Act.
