Description

The Town of New Haven is seeking bids from qualified contractors for their train depot relocation project. The project includes extension of power line, installation of septic tanks and connection to existing sewer line, and connecting waterline to existing waterline. Any questions regarding this sewer and waterlines can be directed to Dave Conger at dconger@dubois-king.com. Powerline questions can be directed to stevedupoise@yahoo.com. All questions need to be received no later than October 11, 2022; all answers will be posted on the town's website. If necessary, the final addendum to the RFP will be posted on the town's website no later than October 14, 2022. The Town of New Haven is an Equal Opportunity Employer Described below is a general scope of work for the installation of power, water and sewer utilities. The scope may be modified in the best interest of the project. You must be able to provide certificate of insurance naming the town as an additional insured prior to start of work. Owner will provide dumpster and porta potty. Task-1 1. Sewer : furnish all labor, materials and equipment in accordance to plans and specifications. Task-2 1. Water: furnish all labor, materials and equipment in accordance to plans and specifications. Task-3 1. Power line Extension: Dig a trench and install conduit from the Depot to the utility pole on North St. Contractor will furnish all labor, materials and equipment in accordance with the specifications as identified by Green Mountain Power
