Description | The project consists of the select asphalt, curb, and concrete sidewalk replacement at the New London K-12 building and all work as indicated on the drawings and as specified in the construction manual Bids shall include, and bidders shall submit with their bids, bid security in the form of (i) a bond in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.54 and 153.571 naming the New London Local School District as obligee for the total amount of the bid, including all add alternates, or (ii) a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, including all add alternates, as prescribed by Ohio Revised Code 153.54. Bids are to be valid for 60 days after bid opening. Last day for RFIs is March 10, 2023 at 12:00 pm. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will comply with the Equal Employment Opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code, Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9. |
