Big Carlos Pass Bridge Replacement - Construction Engineering and Inspection Services

Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Consultant for contract administration, inspection and materials sampling and testing for the project known as Big Carlos Pass Bridge Replacement (County Road No. 865 Estero Blvd.) in general accordance with Lee County and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) policy, procedures and requirements. The Consultant shall provide, at minimum, personnel to oversee all construction activities (roadway, bridge and water main relocation), coordinate shop drawing reviews and requests for information, maintain project records, provide public involvement, provide materials testing, review and approve Contractor’s Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule, and facilitate coordination with other entities such as utility companies, contractors, governmental agencies and Lee County staff to ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with the associated plans, specifications and contract documents
