Description | **As of October 14 ,2022, project was awarded to Singer Equipment, awarded amount is $49,259.58.** It is the intent of this specification to seek a pricing for the supply and installation of a new walk-in cooler and freezer combo, with refrigeration equipment at West Pottsgrove Elementary School. The demolition and removal of the existing walk-in cooler/freezer combo, shall also be included. The quote to supply and install must include all materials, labor, tools and appurtenant items required to complete the demolition and installation. All bids are to be submitted on the basis of delivery being made to each individual school F.O.B destination, with the possibility of up to six (6) delivery locations. For all bids of $10,000.00 or more, each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier check, bank treasurer check, Bid Bond, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit equal to 10% of the total bid price, which shall be retained by the School District in case the successful bidder defaults in executing the Contract or in furnishing the required Bonds and insurance certificates within the time specified. All deliveries shall be made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday, inclusive. Saturday deliveries will not be accepted. The undersigned understands and agrees that the Pottsgrove School District has the right to make any decision which serves the best interests of the School District. |
