Description

The project consists of catch basin cleaning and disposal of material removed to a DEP approved site and related work at various locations within the City, including all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the Work. The Contractor shall have the option to utilize the City’s 860 Boston Post Road East, Marlborough, MA site to temporarily store (for a period of no longer than 60 days) and dewater the material. The contract term shall be one (1) year beginning on or after May 2, 2022 with two options to renew for one (1) year each exercisable in the City’s sole discretion.
