Upgrade Intercom Systems at Lumley Homes / Robinson Tower / Comstock Court

This project involves the upgrade intercom system at Lumley Homes / Robinson Tower / Comstock Court. 1. Existing "Elvox" two wire intercom system will be replace with new intercom system reusing existing wiring at three apartment buildings, Robinson tower (105 apartment units), Comstock count (50 apartment unit) and Lumley homes (60 apartment units). 2. Drawing represent only Lumley homes apartment building. Scope of work for other two buildings is typical. 3. Identify the apartments unit where the intercom system wiring and monitors are not working. 4. Verify the wiring of those apartment units. if found defective wiring in the units, wiring shall be replaced with new wiring. 5. Replace all existing "Elvox" intercom devices with new new devices i.e entrance panel, power supply and control units apartment monitor and accessories. 6. Before submitting bid the intercom vendor manufacturer must field verify the field wiring condition of existing wiring, to be re-used and test continuity or wiring to each apartment unit. Any cut off wiring that failed field continuity test must be replaced with new as part of this new work.
