Rehabilitation project along STH 13 from Price Co Ln to Morse Rd on STH 13, Towns of Jacobs, Gordon, Shanagolden, Peeksville, Chippewa and Village of Butternut in Ashland County. Perform culvert maintenance (43 replacements, 8 repairs, 12 removals including 3 cattle passes, and 1 cleaning). Structure B-2-57 will receive a concrete deck overlay and have concrete approach slabs replaced. Structure B-2-47 will receive deck patching. Structure B-2-46 will receive concrete surface repair. Additional work includes a new box culvert C-2-26 over unnamed stream, guardrail, ditching, riprap, and pavement markings. Project proposed to be constructed under traffic. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate. Interviews will not be conducted. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
