| Description | Reference Number 0000329651 The City of Lincoln Park is seeking sealed proposals for the removal and replacement of the existing entry and egress doors at the 25th District Court Building located at 1475 Cleophus Street, Lincoln Park, Michigan 48146. The existing 2 sets of front vestibule doors are to be removed and replaced to match existing dimensions with ADA Operators and actuator buttons as well as the inclusion of reflective coatings, bullet-resistant glass, and hostage prevention interior locks. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond from a company with an A-1 best rating, or a cashier's check in the amount of 5 percent (5%) * The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in bidding. |
