Furnish Animal Shelter Addition

Base Bid Items: Contract No. 1A - General Construction: This work shall include providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion ofthe City of Oswego Animal Shelter Renovation. The project includes the work shown on the Plans, and described in these Specifications consisting of General Construction. General Construction includes, but is not limited to, the follow: demolition Of existing exterior covered area, demolition of existing windows and building siding, demolition of existing garage structure, demolition of existing exterior concrete slabs, relocation of existing storage shed, infill ofvarious existing wall openings, new building siding and windows, new construction of exam rooms building addition, new garage addition, new parking and pavement areas and storage shed. Contract No. IB - Mechanical Construction: The proposed work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing ductwork, gas ired furnace, air cooled condensing unit, and infrared gas heating units. New gas ired roofunits, air cooled condensing units, unit ventilators, unit gas ired heaters, rooftop exhaust units, ductwork supply and return distribution systems and HVAC control systems, and all other related items. Contract No. 1C - Plumbing Construction: The proposed work includes, but is not limited to, plumbing demolition, new floor drains, service and mop sinks/ixtures and associated domestic hot and cold water piping and insulation, sanitary sewer and vent connections to existing mains, installation oftwo Owner-furnished hot water heaters and other related items. Contract No. ID - Electrical Construction: The proposed work includes, but is not limited to, electrical demolition of existing spaces including lighting, outlets, and miscellaneous circuits. Installation ofnew service, service meter, panelboard, lighting, outlets, and circuiting. Additive Bid Items: Contract No, 1A - General Construction Additive Bid Item No. 1: The work shall include providing all labor, materials and equipment required for the complete removal and replacement of the asphalt paved parking lot system including parking lot striping, lettering, signage, concrete parking stops/bumpers. Additive Bid Item No. 2: The work shall include providing all labor, materials and equipment required for the complete installation of a permanent 10x12 shed with power to store freezer during construction and to provide future storage after construction completion. Additive Bid Item No. 3: The work shall include providing all labor, materials and equipment required for the complete installation of a temporary 10x8 A-Verdi (or equal) storage container for use by the Owner during construction. The temporary storage container shall be removed/returned by the Contractor at the completion of construction. Contract No. ID - Electrical Construction Additive Bid Item No. 1: Supply electricity and lights to a permanent 10x12 shed. The work shall include providing all labor, materials and equipment required for supplying electricity and lights for a permanent 10x12 shed with power to store freezer during construction and to provide future storage ater construction completion.
