| Description | Project consist of the demolition and disposal of the existing heat pump units serving the Wayland Alexander Elementary school gymnasium along with associated piping and ductwork with new HVAC heat pump units installed on the roof above existing mezzanine and storage room with new associated piping and ductwork as shown on construction documents. Also included will be improvements and modifications made to the existing controls system. The successful bidder must furnish a performance and payment bond in an amount equal to at least One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract price. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in bids received and shall have the right to reject any and all bids. |
