2022 Weatherization Program

For Weatherization Contractors 2022 No bid will be received by mail, and all bids shall be submitted on the bid form furnished by Ocean, Inc. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of OCEAN, Inc. This bid package is for all weatherization grants. This Bid package is for a period of one year. . OCEAN, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids and to accept the bid and award the contract to the bidder which, in its best judgment, best serves the interest of OCEAN, Inc. Weatherization Assistance Program, 1256 Indian Head Rd Unit 32, Toms River,New Jersey. Bidders are required to comply with the provisions of NJSA 10:2-1 through 10:2-4 and Public Law 1975 c.127 dealing with discrimination in employment on public contract. The Bid Documents and Specifications are on file and may be examined and obtained at 1256 Indian Head Rd Unit 32, Toms River, New Jersey, Monday through Friday between 9am and 3pm.or available upon request via Email from Hsmith@oceaninc.org.
