| Description | This Project requires minor gutter and downspout repairs and install. The downspout on the Northeast corner of the porch needs flat straps, securing it to the wall. The Down on the Northwest corner needs rotated and proper straps installed securing it to the building. There’s a three-foot piece of fascia that blew off on the south rake. The piece is still on site, needs reinstalled. Add flip-up tails on all 5 of the downs, they should be minimum of four-foot. |
