FWRA Street Reconstruction Phase 2

Project consists of roadway reconstruction and replacement of sidewalks, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer. Streets within this project are one-way and have limited ROW. Waterline adjustments are proposed where necessary to avoid conflicts or to abide by clearance requirements. Project area is bounded on the north by W. Dallas Street, on the east by Wilson Street, on the south by W. Gray Street and on the west by Genesee Street. Due to the historical significance of the hand-laid bricks by Freedmen’s Town along Andrews Street and partially along Wilson Street, these streets are not within the scope of this project.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
