Hopewell Road at Bethany Bend and Bethany Way Intersection

The City of Milton is accepting sealed bids from qualified firms for the Hopewell Road at Bethany Bend/Bethany Way Intersection Improvement Project for the Public Works Department in conformance with Title 32, Chapter 4, Article 4, Part 2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated. All work will be done in accordance with Georgia Department of Transportation’s (GDOT) Standard Drawings, Standard Specifications (current edition), and Pay Items Index as standards and specifications for the construction and completion of the work required. All bidders must comply with all general and special requirements of the bid information and instructions enclosed herein. To bid on this contract, the Contractor must be listed on the current Georgia Department of Transportation Pre-Qualified Contractors list. No exceptions. Additionally, the Contractor must have completed one roundabout within the past three (3) years. Bidders shall submit with the bid a qualification sheet listing project(s) that meet the experience requirement along with references. List should include project date, location, description, and contact information. The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
