Riverview Hydronic System Replacement

The intent of this project is to replace the components of the hydronic boiler and pump system. Services to be provided will include, but are not limited to: Replace three (3) existing hydronic boilers with two (2) energy efficient models. Fulton ENDURA, Ultra-High Efficiency Condensing Boiler, appropriately sized for building, The boilers shall be placed at the western end of the raised pad, All sensory and control equipment shall be replaced. Replace boiler unit circulation pumps, Grundfos, MAGNA1, appropriately sized , Replace two (2) building circulation pump, Bell & Gossett Series e-1510 End Suction Pump System, appropriately sized Replace one (1) overhead loop circulation pump ,Bell & Gossett, appropriately sized. Replace two (2) triple duty valves, Bell & Gossett 3DS-4S Flanged Triple Duty Valve, appropriately sized, Replace all butterfly valves, Nismo 200 PSI, LD 2000, appropriately sized, Replace expansion tanks, Bell & Gossett, Series D, appropriately sized, Replace air separator in kind, Bell & Gossett, appropriately sized. Ventilation Boilers shall have dedicated supply air and exhaust directly ducted to the unit. Existing PVC exhaust can be reused, Supply air will be ran out the east side of the building, below the exhaust duct, Existing metal ductwork that leads to chimney shall be removed and capped at chimney with insulated panels. Replace backflow preventer for makeup water, in kind Modify piping, gas lines, exhaust vents, electric, etc., as necessary, so all components fit and perform properly. Water supply and return piping shall installed new to the overhead main. All modified or disturbed piping shall have insulation reinstalled. Piping and related equipment shall be thoroughly flushed out with pre-cleaning chemicals designed to remove deposits such as pipe dope, oils, loose rust, mill scale and other extraneous materials. The water systems shall then be drained, refilled and flushed thoroughly until no foreign matter is observed. Contractor to provide all necessary programming startup reports, training to CMHA personnel, Contractor to submit and pay for all permits, and schedule any necessary inspections. Contractor responsible for disposal of existing equipment. The new hydronic system shall be turnkey and the contractor shall provide a one year warranty for parts and labor.
