Description | The scope of work consists of renovating an existing decomposed granite play field into a JointUse Field for the community during school off hours. Work includes the following: Replace existing decomposed granite play fields with natural turf. Install new asphalt walking track around natural turf field. Construction of new 10-0 high chain link fence and gate(s) to separate and secure the school campus from the proposed joint use field. Installation of a new concrete sidewalk for accessible pedestrian access from the Right-of-Way. AC Grind and Overlay & reconfiguration of striping at existing playground. Prevailing wage requirements apply to all public works projects and must be followed per Article 17 of the General Conditions of the Request for Proposals. The applicable prevailing wage determination during construction is the one in effect on the date the GMP is first published in a newspaper of general circulation BID BONDS: Bid Bonds are NOT required for this project. Project Estimate: is between $2.9 Million and $3.1 Million The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
