Description

The specification covers the removal and disposal of selected dead, dying, diseased dangerous trees or nuisance trees as marked by the Philadelphia Park and Recreation (PPR) representative. Contract Term: 04/01/2020 to 03/31/2021 (“Initial Term”), with an option to renew for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods with the final renewal period to end 12/31/2023, (“the Renewal Term”) exercisable, at the City’s sole discretion, as of the expiration of the Initial Term. Participation Ranges: MBE: 10% to 12%, WBE: 5% to 7%
