Description

A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: This project is Boiler Replacement for Hartstern Elementary School. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The project consists of the removal of two hot water boilers, circulating pumps and associated piping, and installation of two new gas-fired condensing-type boilers, boiler circulating pumps and interconnecting piping and, installation of DDC input/output points for the HVAC equipment. Electrical work includes power supply for the boilers and boiler pumps, emergency boiler shut-off, and miscellaneous conduit for controls.
