| Description | All bids submitted shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. An initial one year contract shall be awarded with two additional options to renew, each for a one-year period. All bid submitted in response to this IF will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 149. Contractors will be required to abided by the guidelines established under this statute. This contract is subject to Davis Bacon, MA Prevailing Wage Rates, OSHA and DCAMM Certification. LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities. |
