Prospective Bidders may examine the bidding documents at the issuing office, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 p.m.The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contact, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following: Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.Plans available for viewing only at Buffalo Trace Area Development District, 201 Government St. #300, Maysville, KY 41056, and the Mayor's Office, 101 Frankfort St., Brooksville, KY 41004 Upon payment for each set any unsuccessful Bidder, upon returning such set promptly and in good condition, will be refunded his payment, and any non-bidder upon so returning such a set will be refunded. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit his bi security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract. These included Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. Further, Title VI Minority bidders are encouraged to bid. The City of Brooksville is an equal opportunity employer.
