Description

In general, this this project includes (2) existing PK-1200 boilers, circa 1992, being replaced with (2) boilers, each with a minimum of 1,020 MBH output (85% efficient) at 180 degree leaving water temperature and 155 degree entering water temperature. New boilers shall be of similar physical size to fit the existing boiler footprint. Modifications to the rooms piping, venting, and electrical systems shall be made to accommodate boilers which vary in physical size/footprint or have differing vent and water connections from those on the existing boilers.
