Fruit Street Wells Roof Replacements

The scope of work includes providing staging to safely access roof levels, removing existing slate and asphalt shingles to wood deck and legally disposing it, refastening existing wood deck as required, replacing any deteriorated wood deck, removing existing fascia boards and moldings and replacing with PVC trim, supplying and installing ice and water shield over 100% of the wood deck area, and supplying and installing new 30-year asphalt shingles. In addition to the project plan holder's list to guarantee receipt of addenda, interested bidders must obtain the Contract Documents directly from Projectdog. All questions regarding this IFB should be directed to the Director of Public Works, John K. Westerling, at jwesterling@hopkintonma.gov. Bids submitted by fax or by electronic mail will not be considered. Bids will be accepted only if sent by certified mail (return receipt requested), Federal Express or similar, or delivered by hand between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and in either case must be sealed and marked: BID: Fruit Street Wells Roof Replacements. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities, and to award in the best interest of the Town.
