Description

This project is for supplying coquina rock and mason sand on a fixed price contract basis, delivered to our yard at 450 SW Thornhill Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida. It is estimated that the City's requirements will be approximately 4,800 tons of coquina rock and 200 cubic yards of mason sand per calendar year. Economic price adjustments upward or downward shall be considered on an annual basis on contract anniversary execution date; adjustments not to exceed 3% annually and to be agreed upon by both parties. Contractor is to provide all materials, supplies, labor, and equipment necessary for a complete project based on all specifications and any contract amendments that may be deemed necessary.
