Saratoga Springs Fire Station 3 - Plumbing Construction

Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Project consists of construction of a new Fire Station at 16 Henning Road, Saratoga Springs, NY. Owner is seeking separate sealed bids for General Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing. This is a public work project and coordination of the Work will be the responsibility of the Construction Manager. The Work is of a new 16, 000 sq. ft. Fire Station with a Risk Category of IV and Seismic Design Category C. The design consists of a single-story apparatus bay and support/administrative area, with a 1,500 sq. ft. mezzanine above part of the support/administrative area. The new construction will consist of a cold-formed metal roof trusses and concrete on metal deck, supported by steel framing. Concrete masonry unit load bearing walls are used at exterior wall assemblies and interior walls; interiors include lockers, bunks, rough-ins for kitchen equipment, millwork and cabinetry, interior finishes, hollow metal doors and frames, door hardware with access controls, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
