Electrical Construction - Falls Area Change House

Work included under this contract consists of all electrical construction work for the new Falls Area Change House, a public toilet/shower facility. Main items of work include but are not limited to, utility coordination with electrical and telephone/data service providers, electrical and telephone/data site utility installation, building power and lighting system equipment, components and controls, telephone/data systems and controls, including informational kiosk components, installation of Department provided Electrical Vehicle Charging Stations, delegated design and installation of a post mounted photovoltaic array system including utility company coordination, foundations, equipment and controls, and miscellaneous work. DGS Small Business Certification Required. In order to ensure that you receive any addenda to the bid package, you need to keep us informed of your current contact information. Failure to provide signed copies of any Addenda at the time of bid opening may result in bid rejection. In addition, failure to use the envelope labels provided in the bid package could result in bid rejection also. Engineer's Estimate: $100,000 - $500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
