| Description | The selected firm will evaluate the existing structure components (roof trusses, purlins, beams, and columns) of both buildings, to assess the structural integrity and loading capacity for a potential roof overlay system. This evaluation will determine if the existing roof structural components are sufficient enough to carry additional loading and whether they provide adequate anchoring for a new system. The consultant will also assess economic feasibility and make recommendations on cost effective options needed to replace or repair the existing roofs. |
