RFQ D/B - County Plaza and ADA Sidewalk Improvements Project

Colleton County, South Carolina (the "County") is seeking qualified, licensed firms to provide architectural/engineering, and construction services for the County Plaza and ADA Sidewalk Improvements project located at 109 Benson Street, Walterboro SC 29488. These services may include, but are not limited to, design/engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, permitting, and construction. The qualified firm must include all sub-consultants required to provide a complete set of plans, specifications, site preparation and construction for the project (unless specified otherwise). The subconsultants may include but are not limited to,structural, mechanical, electrical, landscaping, civil,survey, geotechnical services, construction administration, general contractor, and sub-contractor services. This solicitation does not commit the County to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of proposals submitted, or to procure or contract for the services. The County reserves the right to accept or reject or cancel in part, or its entirety offers received as a result of this request that is deemed to be in the best interest of the County to do so.
