| Description | To provide a new Roof System, facade repairs, and sidewalk repairs. Roof work will require phasing to prevent water damage to structure. Demo will be coordinated with the installation of new roofing and temporary roofing measures to provide continuous protection to the building and its contents. a. Roof work includes removal of all membrane roofing, cover board if found, insulation and associated materials down to the exposed structural deck. b. Facade work involving the removal of existing expansion joints (elastomeric material and backer-rod) and install new backer-rod and elastomeric material in expansion joints. Demo and re point cracked sections of mortar joints. Weather Seal wall under eaves at outdoor seating area. c. Side Walk repairs and replacement involving demo of failed sidewalk sections and curbs and replacement of sidewalk sections and curbs. |
