A/E Services For Construct Allied Health Building

The scope of work provides for the construction of an approximately 21,578 square foot building. The new building will create instructional and laboratory spaces for several programs, including hospital and ICU bed setups, computer labs and radiology. Site improvements include a new entry plaza, accessible walks, site lighting, connection to existing utility systems, an emergency generator and HVAC controls that will be compatible with the current campus system. Also included in the scope are service drive/ramps to provide for delivery and maintenance access. A minimum of LEED Silver Certification is required. The A/E will need to determine if any components of this project are eligible for a utility company or other energy grant/rebate and will be responsible for preparing and submitting the grant application if the project qualifies for the rebate.
