Ballard Road Culvert 1) Coordinate and perform water main cleaning, testing, sanitizing, and place into service 2) Maintenance and protection Of traffic Ben Lomond Culvert 3) Coordinate with the Town of Wallkill and local utility companies to continue services during construction 4) Furnish and install a three-sided precast concrete open bottom culvert 5) Furnish and install precast footing for the culvert 6) Furnish and install precast wing walls 7) Rock excavation 8) Furnish and install doghouse manhole 9) Furnish and install 21" PVC SDR 35 sewer main to replace existing 20" RCP sewer main at the stream crossing 10) Furnish and install 12" DIP water main to replace existing 12" AC water main at the stream crossing 11) Relocate existing light pole 12) Widen the road shoulder (both sides) 13) Saw cut and remove existing curb and install new drop curb 14) Remove and reset existing guide rail and install new guide rail 15) Regrade stream channel 16) Furnish and install temporary pavement markings 17) Restore pavement 18) Furnish and install permanent pavement marking and striping 19) Coordinate and perform water main cleaning, testing, sanitizing, and place into service 20) Maintenance and protection of traffic Ben Lomond Drive Culvert 1) Coordinate with the Town of Wallkill and local utility companies to continue services during construction 2) Furnish and install a three-sided precast concrete open bottom culvert 3) Furnish and install precast footing for the culvert 4) Furnish and install precast wing walls 5) Rock excavation 6) Furnish and install doghouse manhole 7) Furnish and install 6" DIP water main to replace existing 6" AC water main at the stream crossing 8) Furnish and install 8" DIP sewer main to replace existing 8" sewer main at the stream crossing 9) Remove and reset existing box beam guide rail 10) Regrade stream channel 11) Restore pavement 12) Furnish and install a new catch basin and 18" HDPE drainage pipe.
