Markham Street Jump Start Improvements Phase 2

The project includes, but is not limited to, 900 LF of roadway reconstruction with curb and gutter, on street parking, adjacent sidewalk and cycle track, landscaping and irrigation, infrastructure for future lighting, and drainage structures including bioretention planters, drop inlets, and reinforced concrete pipe, as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications. The estimated cost range on this project is between $1,980,000 and $2,310,000
