Bids shall also be made in accordance with the prevailing hourly rate of wages for this locality and project as determined by the Commission of Labor and filed with the Secretary of State, a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk, in accordance with the provisions of 40 O.S. 1971, 196.1-196.12, which prevailing hourly rate of wages is made a part of this notice by reference as though fully set forth herein. The City of Lawton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, or to waive any informality in the bids/proposals.
