Ottawa Metro Park New Restroom Facility

All work and bids shall be under one General Contract including General Construction, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing work for the Project. The General Contractor is responsible for scheduling the Project, coordinating work with other subcontractors, and providing other services identified in the Contract Documents. Prevailing Wage Rates are not applicable to this project, as the $250,000 threshold will not be met. The Contractor and / or Subcontractor shall provide insurance policies in a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for Bodily Injury Liability (including wrongful death) and Property Damage Liability. Limits shall be solely applicable to this Contract. A Performance Bond is required. See sample copy of AIA Document A312-2010 Performance Bond included with document forms in the Project Manual.
