The solicitation will close 19 January 2022. Scope of project includes all work required to design and construct a High Bay Vehicle Maintenance Facility located at the Air Force Academy, Colorado Spring, CO. The project also includes civil, electrical, fire protection, mechanical, and other engineering work to make the facility complete and usable. A utility connection fee will be required for the portion of the electrical scope of the project to be constructed bythe privatized Colorado Springs Utility (CSU). This project also includes a bridge crane and an in-floor piston lift. Extension of specialty systems related to vehicle maintenance such as compressed air andlubricant distribution will also be required This solicitation is RESTRICTED TO SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) PARTICIPATION ONLY. All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity.
