Boiler Replacement Projects at Calvin Coolidge School and George Washington School

Project Location #1 Calvin Coolidge School: a. Boiler Replacement: All mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural work required to demolish and remove existing boilers, pumps, piping, existing electronic and pneumatic controls and electrical work as identified in the plans and specifications. All mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural work required to furnish and install new boilers, pumps, boiler controls, piping, electrical and structural systems as required and identified in the plans and specifications. All material and equipment shall be supplied and installed by this contractor including setting and installing any shipped loose material associated with Vendor components. Subcontractor to furnish and install all manual valves, strainers, automatic air vents, coring, wall sleeves, protective chase, underground trenching, insulation, tanks, local instrumentation, regulators, reliefs and all pipe supports. Subcontractor shall include all required piping, ductwork, starters, controls, power and control wiring and appurtenances to provide a fully functioning system b. New Combined Heat and Power: All mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural work required to furnish and install new 10 kW combined heat and power unit. Subcontractor shall furnish and install all hot water supply and return piping, glycol supply and return piping and natural gas piping and components for the complete mechanical system. All material and equipment shall be supplied and installed by this subcontractor including setting and installing any shipped loose material associated with Vendor components. Subcontractor to furnish and install all manual valves, strainers, automatic air vents, coring, wall sleeves, protective chase, underground trenching, insulation, tanks, local instrumentation, regulators, reliefs and all pipe supports.
