Description

Contractor (“Respondent”) to complete the construction of Arboretum Cricket Complex (“Project”), located at 15928 Old Richmond Road, Sugarland Texas. Vendor is to construct a Canopy of approximately 800 square feet, a Batting Cage area of approximately 840 square feet, and a 4” thick x 4’ wide sidewalk per the plans. Vendor to provide LED scoreboard, fencing, CMU screen wall, and electrical for all lighting.
