Parking Cage Cement

In need of a car cage area cement pad installed. Approximate area involved is 53 yards of new cement. Will need excavating done to provide proper grade and also proper base installed to prevent freeze thaw issues. Cement shall be of proper mix, thickness, and surface for intended use. Two edges that adjoin asphalt shall be saw cut to maintain a straight edge with seams being sealed. Proper expansion joints and stress joints installed where needed. Cement surface shall maintain proper slope, appearance, and sealing for overall performance. Bidders must have proof of appropriate licensing and insurance to perform all work. After a bid is accepted, you must provide proof of such paperwork.
