Exterior Insulation and Finish System

The Contractor shall be responsible for all waste disposal, as well as all material needed for a repair and update of an existing EIFS. The Contractor shall recoat or resurface the current EIFS where necessary. The Contractor shall make any repairs necessary to restore the full functionality of the EIFS. The Contractor shall refresh or replace a finish coat that is troweled smooth. The finish coat shall be a color mixture that matches the existing EIFS color already installed on the building. The finish coat shall be a crack resistant acrylic. The Contractor shall install all of the above in a manner as to not cause any future water problems around windows and doors. The Contractor shall caulk all windows, doors and other openings where the EIFS abuts. Caulking shall match color of finish coat. Debris Removal and Site Restoration. The Contractor must leave the work site in the same condition as found upon the initial arrival of the Contractor. The Contractor must remove and dispose of all debris, installation materials, and adhesives according to all Local, State, and Federal regulations.
