| Description | 1. Tear-off the existing roof systems down to the steel roof deck 2. Replace any deteriorated steel deck for additional cost if necessary. 3. Replace any deteriorated wood nailer for additional cost if necessary 4. Mechanically fasten 2.0” of polyISO insulation board (R-12) to the steel roof deck. 5. Adhere fully tapered insulation system over the base layer of insulation 6. Install fully adhered 60-mil non-reinforced EPDM (rubber) roof system including all flashings and terminations per the manufacturer’s specifications. 7. Flash all curbs and penetrations per the manufacturer’s specifications. 8. Tie into the existing built-up roof 9. Furnish and install new 24 GA. kynar finished perimeter metal ( i.e., fascia, counterflashing, etc.) on all perimeter walls. Owner to choose standard color. 10. Clean up any roofing or related debris and haul away from jobsite. |
