West District Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations Building

Scope of Work: perform professional design engineering services to design of the West district WWTP operation building. The proposed operations building will include: new offices for three (3) supervisors, a staff training room, a larger laboratory area, an operation control room where SCADA monitors and controls will be located, a staff break room, a conference room to accommodate at least 8 people, a compliant restroom facilities and lockers to accommodate the 15 staff that will be housed at this building, janitorial and storage area and separate office supply/ storage area, mechanical room, Information Technology room (IT room), and parking area with space for at least 15 vehicles. The project should also include video surveillance system and perimeter fencing for security to meet regulatory requirements.
